What kind of surface will the tent be set up on (e.g., sand, blacktop, grass, or gravel)?
How much space will you have to set up the tent?
How many people will be attending the event?
Will you be serving casual snacks or a formal banquet style meal? How much room will you need for tables, seating, etc.?
